On arrival, I received such a warm and friendly welcome. Throughout my stay, all staff were friendly and very helpful. It was the first time I had holidayed outside England on my own and all the staff made for a truly wonderful experience. I would defintely recommend the hote and I hope to return one day. Loved this hotel
We had the most wonderful week at the Hotel Matina in September 2015. Vengeles and Matina, Jean Pierre and ALL the staff were absolutely superb from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. For our second week, we had booked to stay in Imeroviglia. When we arrived there, our welcome could not have been more different! Although the villa was beautiful, everything and everyone else was cold and clinical. We called the Hotel Matina and they had a room for us! They sent their driver to collect us the next morning! It was like going home. We spent another week in the glorious company of Vengeles and his family and staff. They could not do enough for their guests. Thank you all so much. We will definitely be back |
